Our products and your order

We offer handmade pet keepsakes, including ceramic urns and mugs, wool felt pieces and silver jewelry. Review the selected product, materials, size, style, price and customization options before ordering. Product-specific details on the product page form part of your order. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Any shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before payment.

Provide accurate contact information, a complete shipping address, clear pet photographs and any requested customization details. You must have permission to use and submit the photographs. We may ask for clearer photographs or clarification before starting design or production.

Design and production

All KINUPAW products take 10 business days to produce before dispatch. For ceramic urns, mugs and wool felt keepsakes, production starts once we receive complete photos and customization details; these products proceed directly to production without a design-preview approval step. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at our production location in China.

For necklaces and bracelets only, we prepare a design image within 4–5 business days after receiving complete photos and customization details. One design revision is included. Please check the portrait, spelling and other details before approving it. The 10-business-day production period starts after your approval; design preparation and time spent awaiting approval are additional. Changes cannot be made once production begins. We do not provide finished-product photographs before dispatch.

Once design work has started, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not accepted. Once physical production has started, changes to the design are not possible. We do not provide photographs of the finished item before dispatch. These conditions are subject to the exceptions and consumer rights described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping and refunds

Please review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. United States standard shipping is free, with estimated transit of 10 calendar days after dispatch. Production and transit times are separate. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you about a revised date and your applicable cancellation and refund options.

If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will arrange a refund or remake. We remain responsible for addressing defects and material errors against the agreed customization; handmade variations do not remove your rights.

Your photographs and personal information

You retain ownership of your submitted photographs. You authorize us to use them as needed to prepare your design, make and fulfill your order, provide customer service and handle order-related disputes. Our makers and service providers may receive the information needed for those purposes. Submission of a photograph does not give us permission to use it in public advertising or social media; we will seek separate permission for that use. See our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully. Do not submit unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or material that interferes with the website or other customers. You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or act with appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

Errors, updates and consumer rights

If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and resolve it; we will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. Updates to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce rights under existing orders. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
